Expertise That Drives Real Solutions

McHughLindsay Consulting

McHughLindsay Consulting services was established by Catriona McHugh and Steven Lindsay in April 2025.

In our view, the effective delivery of consultancy services requires a team of highly experienced professionals who can work closely with clients to provide appropriate solutions. We both have a significant level of practical experience of working in, and with, businesses, central and local government departments and agencies, and not for profit, charity and community based organisations. This underpinning experience enables us to better understand and appreciate the key aspects of any assignment and to provide practical solutions to the wide range of challenges facing organisations of all types and sizes.

Our focus is always on practical, realistic solutions tailored to each specific client organisation, underpinned by our expertise and local knowledge. We have years of experience in helping a wide variety of organisations to develop effective governance practice.

Who We Are

We have a broad range of experience and skills gained through working in practice and providing services to private, public and voluntary and community sector clients.

We want to be inspiring and supportive of everyone we work with, yet challenging to encourage growth, development, and learning, pushing (organisation) leaders to reach their potential while providing support and constructive feedback.
